These terms of service apply to the Omnia app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by ODBS LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
Use of the Application
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these terms.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any part of it without prior written consent from the Service Provider.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
- Use the Application for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the Application.
- Use the Application in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
Intellectual Property
The Application and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by the Service Provider and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
The Application may allow you to create, upload, or share content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant the Service Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Application.
You are solely responsible for the content you create or share through the Application. You agree not to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The Application may offer in-app purchases or subscription plans. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are presented within the Application prior to purchase.
AI-Generated Content
The Application may use artificial intelligence to generate content. AI-generated content is provided "as is" without any guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Service Provider is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Third-Party Services
The Application may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service Provider makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Application's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.
Termination
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Service Provider, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The Service Provider may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
