Omnia - Terms of Use

Welcome to Omnia. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Omnia mobile application and its related services (“App”, “Service”). By accessing or using Omnia, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Overview of the Service
Omnia is a mobile application that integrates with third-party artificial intelligence platforms (such as GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Deepseek, and Grok) to provide services including but not limited to:
- Text-based AI assistant interactions
- Image and video generation
- File and document analysis
- Voice and photo input features
Some features require access to device hardware (e.g., camera, microphone) and file storage. These are only accessed with your explicit permission.
2. Subscription Model and Credit System
Omnia offers a weekly auto-renewing subscription plan (“Pro Weekly”) that provides:
- Full access to all integrated AI models
- Unlocking of premium services
- A weekly quota of credits for usage-based features
Credit System:
- Credits are the primary unit of access for premium services.
- The Pro Weekly plan includes a set number of credits each week.
- If you exhaust your weekly credit limit, you can purchase additional one-time, non-renewable credit packages from within the app.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial use of the subscription term.
3. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. You must comply with the App Store’s terms and conditions regarding billing, subscription renewals, and cancellations.
4. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Omnia integrates with several third-party AI services. We do not own or control these external services and are not responsible for the content they generate.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, availability, or outcomes of the third-party models. You acknowledge that outputs may vary or contain factual inaccuracies.
5. User Data and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and store your personal and usage data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse any integrated AI services
- Share generated content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates any applicable law
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any misuse of the Service.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
